Position Descriptions:
Tree Climber / Arborist
The professional tree climber position requires the candidate to be efficient in all aspects associated with production arboriculture, including tree & shrub pruning in accordance to ANSI A300 standards; tree removal, including basic & advanced rigging techniques and working from a crane; the installation of tree support systems, including cabling & rod bracing; equipment operation; and safe work practices. ISA/TCIA certified and credentialed arborists preferred. CDL also preferred.Ground Operator / Arborist Trainee
The professional ground operator position requires the applicant to work in a team environment & support climbers in the field. The ground operator is responsible for chipping brush, raking & cleaning debris; safely operating chainsaws; and working ropes on a variety of rigging systems. Prior experience with chainsaws preferred. CDL also preferred.
